SUMMER INTERN IN HOME OFFICE

intern_dbrown.jpgSummer internships or MAP (Missionary Apprenticeship Programs) are practical ways for college students and young adults to be involved in missions in a very short on field experience.  EBM’s MAP program has placed interns around the globe as well as here in the home office.

May 22-August 16, Dan Brown, a Communications and Bible major and Video Production minor from Columbia University in Colulmbia, SC, spent 3 days a week in our office working with various areas of media.  He worked in developing “official” EBM power point presentations, researching and script writing for development of missionary core presentations for Romania and France, postdubbing Harvest Productions videos into various languages, and assisted in a host of miscellaneous areas of media. Dan’s internship at EBM fulfilled a requirement for an internship between his junior and senior year for graduation.  The summer internship program has been a great help to both  Dan as well as EBM.  Dan is a member of First Baptist Church in Danville, Indiana.

If you would be interested in a MAP on one of the EBM fields around this globe, please contact Gary Goodge (ggoodge@ebm.org) Director of Enlistment.
