Prior to becoming the EBM President, he was the pastor of Grace Baptist Church in Cedarville, Ohio and had also served as pastor in a church near Kalamazoo, Michigan. Paul Jackson is a graduate of Cedarville University (BA-Pre-Seminary) and of Grace Seminary (MDiv and ThM). Baptist Bible College & Seminary honored him with a DD. In addition to being a pastor, Dr. Jackson has been active in the local church through teaching, neighborhood Bible studies and outreach. He is busy as a conference speaker and representative of EBM. Paul and his wife Grace have been married for 39 years and have 2 married children and 7 grandkids.

Rick Hudson - Vice President of Missionary Personnel
Rick has over 27 years of missionary experience, 23 of those in Mexico. He and his wife Carol served for most of that time in Puebla, the second largest city in Mexico. Rick was introduced to Mexico as a teenager when his parents followed God's call to missionary service. It was then that Rick was called to missions as well. He met Carol at Tennessee Temple University where they graduated and headed into missions. Rick is currently working on his MA in International Studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. The Hudsons have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. When at home, they are active in their church and Bible study group. The Hudsons have an active travel itinerary in representing EBM and its opportunities for missions service. Rick is available to take speaking engagements and can be contacted through EBM.

Garold L. Paxson, Jr. - Treasurer
Jerry has served on the Home Office staff for 28 years, first as an Assistant to the President and for the past 26 years as Treasurer of EBM. He holds both an undergraduate and graduate degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. While practicing as a CPA in the Chicago area, God called him to go to Bible school. He and his family moved to Clarks Summit where he attended Baptist Bible College and then graduated from the 3 year program with an MDiv from Baptist Bible School of Theology. Upon completion of his work there, the family moved again to Indiana where he completed a ThM in New Testament Theology at Grace Seminary. It was at Grace that he connected with EBM. Jerry and his wife Cathy have been married for 44 years and have 3 married children and 9 grandchildren. In addition to his work at EBM, he has actively served in his church as a deacon (and chairman), teacher, youth leader, choir member, Bible study teacher and, of course, church treasurer.

Carol Barnes - Director of Communications
For 26 years Carol has served through EBM. Initially she was appointed to the film ministry of EBM, HARVEST PRODUCTIONS. When her husband passed away, the Home Office asked her to accept the responsibility as Executive Assistant for the President. She currently serves as Director of Communications which involves development of publications, displays, website, and other media for EBM. Carol is a graduate of Cedarville University with a degree in English and Speech communication and did graduate study at Iowa State University in English. She has taught a women's ABF and has served on the Christian school and missions committees in her church. She currently is teaching ESL classes through her church and is involved in a women's Bible study teaching team. In addition to representing EBM periodically in churches and at colleges, she speaks at ladies' conferences.

Dr. David Haag - Director of Tri-M
David & Annette Haag have been EBM missionaries since 1977. They have served in France and Scotland as resident missionaries and served as European Director in the Home Office in the mid-90's. While in Scotland, David began traveling to Romania to teach Bible institute modules to pastors and Christian leaders. Seeing the need for solid Biblical training in developing and restricted access nations, David began developing a 4-year curriculum to teach in mobile modular ministry classes. As he and other traveling teachers rotated in and out of countries with the classes, the students would earn the equivalency of a Bible college education. His vision grew into the EBM ministry of Tri-M. Today he is the Director of Tri-M which has six full time missionary couples carrying on mobile ministry throughout Africa, Eurasia, and the Pacific Rim. Dozens of students have completed the full rotation of classes and some now are assisting in the teaching with Tri-M personnel. Pastors and Bible college and seminary teachers regularly join with the Tri-M missionaries in teaching modules. Their goal is expressed in 2 Timothy 2:2. David holds a BA from Evangel College, ThG and ThB from Baptist Bible College, MA from Bob Jones University, and a PhD from Baptist Christian University. The Haags have 4 children and 12 grandchildren.

John Rogers - Director of Pre-Field Ministries
John has served as Director of Pre-Field Ministries with EBM since 2000. Previously he worked in Morman evangelism and church planting in Utah. He holds a BA degree from Spurgeon Baptist Bible College in Florida. While there he met and married Beatrice and they have 2 married children. John works with missionary applicants and their churches. Since EBM firmly believes that the Home Church sends the missionary, John spends time working alongside the pastor and missions committees of the sending church and the missionary applicants. He oversees the training of candidates through Missionary Training Institutes (1 and 2) each year. MTI-1 focuses on getting to know EBM practices and policies and getting to know the breadth of ministries and the missionary family as well as how to go about raising support. MTI-2 focuses on the challenges of cultural adaptation and language acquisition as well as gives encouragement to appointees.
